Multi trader plasterer

Social Housing Contractor looking for a Plasterer to join the Repairs Team, covering South West London. The successful candidate will be carrying out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied properties. This is a mobile role and therefore a full UK Driving Licence will be required. The client will provide a Van, Fuel Card, and uniform to complete your duties. Responsibilities: * Undertake a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks in occupied residential properties. * Address issues promptly and efficiently to ensure tenant satisfaction. * Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, basic plumbing and general building repairs or electrical as required and qualified to undertake. * Work collaboratively with colleagues, subcontractors and tenants to complete tasks within agreed timescales. * Maintain accurate records of work undertaken. Requirements: * Proven experience as a multi trade operative, ideally within social housing or property maintenance * Good customer service skills and positive attitude * Must be certified in at least one main trade and have the ability to carry out secondary trades to a high standard. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. * Full UK driving license.
