Year 6 Teacher We are recruiting for a Primary Teacher for a Primary School in Standish, Wigan (WN6) to work on a long-term basis starting Monday 3rd June 2024. Could this be the role for you? This role is working 5 x full days per week Monday to Friday 08:30am- 16:00pm. There are 29 children in the class and there is one full-time TA working on a one to one basis with an SEND child. Your role responsibilities: * Supervising the students in class, ensuring they complete set task * Guiding students through the curriculum, marking working, setting home working tasks * Managing behaviour * Upholding school rsquo;s behaviour and safeguarding policies * Planning and delivering engaging lessons Non-negotiables: * You must have relevant experience teaching pupils * Hold QTS * Knowledge of the national curriculum * Be passionate and understanding * Have confidence in managing classes of pupils * Excellent organisational skills to keep on top of marking and lesson planning * Good communication skills Click lsquo;apply now rsquo; or get in touch with me for more info: (phone number removed) INDM
