Regional Manager (OFSTED and Level 5) GBP65,000-GBP70,000 plus bonus East London/Essex We are working with a leading organisation specialising in providing therapeutic care for young people in residential care . They are seeking an experienced Area Manager to come onboard. This an exciting opportunity for a strong leader looking for their next challenge. You will cover 4 Homes 2 x East London 1 x Canvey 1 x Clacton This role requires a minimum 2 years experience managing Ofsted homes. You will based in Head Office Ilford however you will sometime work remotely and travel often to the homes gaining relations with Managers and staff. This organisation are offering a very competitive negotiable remuneration. Interviewing will start very soon If you are interested please get in touch ASAP Regional Manager Responsibilities: You will be manage Referrals and Reg 44 reports Provide leadership to the Registered Managers Develop and implement strategies to deliver quality therapeutic care. Meeting specific KPIs and business targets Work alongside therapists Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts Regional Manager Requirements Extensive experience working with vulnerable children/young adults Supervisory Leadership Management experience High level of knowledge around OFSTED, care quality standards, safeguarding and service management Be commutable to East London, Canvey and Clacton Essex. At least 2 years experience of managing an ofsted home with good or above rating. Regional Manager Qualifications. NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for children #39;s and young peoples workforce QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in Children and young people #39;s services.
