Er officer

This position requires an efficient ER Officer who can support the Human Resources team within a top London University group. The ER Officer will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including employee relations, administration, sitting in on meetings, note taking and policy implementation. Client Details This organisation is a large University group located in London. Offering an interim contract with hybrid working. Description Supporting the ER team with administration for ER casework. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships Identify training needs for teams and individuals Sitting in on, and note taking for meetings such as grievances/disciplinaries. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employeesProfile A successful ER Officer should have: Experience in NFP or similar industry Exposure to ER, including best practice for case work. Strong note/minute taking skills.
