Registered manager

I am proud to be working an established and leading Care provider that are opening a new Domiciliary Care service in Nottingham. They are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to spearhead the development of their new service. What rsquo;s on offer?: GBP37,000-GBP40,000. 33 days annual leave (25 + bank holidays). Performance related bonuses. Registered Manager Responsibilities: To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Director. To build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. To continually work toward growing the service. To manage the service rsquo;s compliance. To manage clients rsquo; care packages and to be responsible for ensuring high standards for their ongoing care. To manage the development and retention of all care staff. To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC rsquo;s Essential Standards. Registered Manager Requirements: Must have a minimum 2 years rsquo; experience as a Registered Manager within a Domiciliary/Residential/Supported Living setting. Must have achieved or be actively working toward a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care. Must be a driver.
