Management Accountant - Healthcare/Mobility Services Salary - GBP45,000 - GBP50,000 Hybrid Working Full Time - Permanent Remit Compass Corporate services are proud to be working with a leading national health care organisation to recruit a hybrid Management Accountant based in Milton Keynes corporate office who will be required to spend circa 3 days per week from the office and 2 days remotely. It is a very exciting time to join this well established, market leading organisation as they build their finance team following the appointment of a new CFO. As the Management Accountant you will play a pivotal part in shaping the accounting and reporting processes within the department and across the company and supporting the Financial Controller in the delivery of a robust reporting and control environment. The Role The successful candidate will report directly to the FC of the business and the post holder is responsible for ensuring that accurate and timely financial information is recorded. The job holder will report directly to the Financial Controller and is expected to adopt a professional and caring attitude, with a polite and courteous manner in all aspects of communication. The job holder will also be responsible for processing payroll and handling payroll queries Requirements Fully qualified beneficial but will also accept part qualified Comprehensive management accounting skills and month end reporting experience Strong analytical abilities and experience in analysing financial data Payroll processing in Sage Payroll Experience of NetSuite beneficial Multi-site reporting experience Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Location The Corporate offices are based in Milton Keynes and you will have the option of a hybrid working experience (2/3 days WFH) Recommendations Compass Associates Ltd is acting as a Recruitment Consultancy for this permanent vacancy; we offer GBP200 of John Lewis vouchers for each successful recommendation.
