Quality Inspector Oxford GBP38K - GBP40K Permanent My client provides high precision CNC Milling/Turning and ancillary services to a variety of high-tech industries including Formula 1, Nuclear Safety and Science Technology. They are currently on the lookout for a Quality Inspector to join their ever-growing team based in Oxford. You will be taking control of all aspects of quality control from material supply through thorough checking off in-process inspection, to final delivery along with a disciplined and lsquo;hands on rsquo; approach to dimensional inspection. Key Responsibilities ndash; Quality Inspector In-Process inspection (During Manufacture) Use of Programmable and Manual CMM inspection Upkeep, Maintenance and calibration of Metrology gauges and equipment to ISO 9001 Overseeing goods in/out inspection Raising and investigating NCRs with implementation of corrective/preventive measures Presentation of KPI statistics for monthly review Maintenance of ISO 9001 accreditation as it relates to the Production and inspection Qualifications Experience ndash; Quality Inspector Ideally you will be an experienced CNC Machinist/programmer with an lsquo;Inspection rsquo; background You will be fully familiar with and have experience of working within an ISO 9001 environment Good communication skills both internally and to outside lsquo;agencies rsquo; by telephone/email Supporting the production team striving for 100% quality For more information on this role, please contact Harry Waller on (phone number removed) or send a copy of your CV to (url removed) Omega Resource Group is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
