Resident Scheme Manager Masonic Housing Association have a vacancy for a Resident Scheme Manager at Palmer Court, Wellingborough. Palmer Court is a 35 unit sheltered housing scheme for residents over 55 capable of independent living and the Manager will be expected to provide a service to the tenants to enable them to continue to lead independent lives. Applicants must have: - * At least 2 years rsquo; experience in a senior position within a sheltered housing environment with good organisation skills. * The ability to work unsupervised and be responsible for the management of the scheme. * A common-sense approach and the ability to use own initiative when faced with emergency situations. * Relevant recognised qualifications and/or working towards CIH Level 4. * A sensitive and caring personality with the ability to communicate with elderly tenants. * Good office level IT skills. Consideration will be given to applicants who do not wish to live on site with an appropriate adjustment in salary.
