Pre delivery inspector

Job Purpose: bull; To confirm that finished vehicles are completed in accordance with customer rsquo;s requirements and thoroughly tested. bull; Key components of the job are to ensure that inspection parameters are met, delivery dates are achieved and quality improvement data is collected. bull; To carry out in-process quality audits bull; To ensure that vehicles lsquo;Passed to Sales rsquo; meet quality requirements bull; To collect and utilise quality data in a constructive manner bull; To comply with any other reasonable request that may become necessary in the best interests of the clinet. Main Duties and Responsibilities: bull; To carry out any appropriate in-process quality audit necessary to validate the attainment of torque settings, hydraulic pressures or other parameters. bull; To ensure that every vehicle is systematically tested in accordance with the specified procedure and to revise and improve the procedure as necessary bull; To confirm that every vehicle complies with the customers specification bull; To ensure that any faults or discrepancies noted are corrected before the vehicle is lsquo;Passed to Sales rsquo; bull; To ensure that all build standard criteria are recorded on the build documentation. bull; To ensure that all faults or discrepancies are recorded in a systematic manner for analysis and subsequent elimination. bull; To promote constructive dialogue with Manufacturing to agree and implement quality standards and build criteria bull; To promote constructive dialogue with Manufacturing to agree and implement quality standards and build criteria.
