This exciting opportunity would be perfect for someone who already has a minimum six months experience of working in Personal Injury Claims. The position is available for an immediate start for the right candidate. Package * Salary GBP24k is negotiable depending on experience. * Mon-Fri, 9-5pm * Position is available for an immediate start * Office based * Holidays starting at 21 days * Pension contributions * Free on-site parking * Cycle to work scheme DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Handle Third Party Claims/Credit Hire/Liability claims * Manage a varied caseload of claims via telephone and written correspondence * Effectively prioritise own claims portfolio and team responsibilities * Act as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers * Identify and refer fraudulent activity and any questionable underwriting * Deliver a consistently outstanding level of service to all parties involved * Adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines at all times. KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS * Experience of working in Motor Claims and/or insurance background * Minimum six months experience of working in Personal Injury Claims * GCSE passes at Grade C or above (or equivalent e.g. NVQ Level 2) to include English and Maths. * CII Certificate of Insurance or willing to work towards ( supported by the Company ) * PC Literate ndash; for example experience of MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
