Location: Birmingham, UK Employment Type: Contract (Immediate Start), Full-Time Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM Salary: GBP420 - GBP445 per week Preferred Degrees: Graduates with backgrounds in: Psychology Sociology Sports Science Education Early Years Education Special Needs and Inclusion Social Work Working with Children Desired Attributes: We are seeking candidates who are: Resilient Driven Proactive Caring Team Players Education: A minimum of a Bachelor #39;s degree in a relevant field is required. Experience: While prior experience in an educational setting is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Skills: The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Certifications: Additional qualifications in special education, behavior management, or child development are beneficial.
