Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician: Working towards chartership (CIAT) Extensive UK post qualification experience Proven record at job running residential development projects Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry standard software Excellent communication skills Keen eye for detail and technical excellence demonstrated Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work Confident liaising with clients and contractors Ability to produce high quality tender and construction packages Strong time management and organisation skills Hit the ground running Work effectively in a team environment and independently Live locally to the Chelmsford/ Essex area Interested in this or other roles in Architecture.
