Key Responsibilities: * Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals. * Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and suitability for construction roles. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. * Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs. * Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
