We work closely with the NHS providing our services across the Midlands and further a field. We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to work under our Staffordshire NHS contract based as St Georges hospital, working with the hospital, GP surgeries and out patient buildings with electrical, fabrication and plumbing services. Role Responsibilities The day to day running of all contracts Securing ongoing service and maintenance contracts Working with projects ranging from small sum fit outs room change of use in healthcare to Plant installs and larger change of use alterations Estimation and providing quotes Attending site meetings when required Attending site to complete site visits Attending site to complete final measuring up Liaising with employees and sub-contractors Working on the tools when / as required Attending and overlooking each install Liaising with all other members of staff within the office Dealing with suppliers / contractors
