Sales executive

We are on the lookout for a proactive Sales individual on a full-time permanent basis to join our client #39;s dynamic team in Derby to drive their sales initiatives forward. As a Sales Executive, you will support in researching, developing, and closing sales leads in the Construction Sector. As you build your projects, your responsibilities will evolve with the role. Responsibilities Lead Generation Researching potential leads online Making contact through emails/social media/phone Conducting qualifying phone calls Scheduling appointments Following up on leads and conversion Are you a person who is hungry for success, determined to progress in your career? We are looking for a Sales individual who holds high levels of self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Details Monday - Friday Office Based Working hours flexible - latest start 8 am eg 8 am - 5 pm or 7.30 am - 4.30 pm (Opportunities for flexible working hours) GBP27,000 - GBP30,000 Commission package. Bonus: 0.5% of the gross value of sales you assist with Free lunches twice a week (Order by menu ) You will receive comprehensive in-house training where you will be encouraged to strive for professional growth opportunities to build and refine your skills. Performance in this role is rewarded not only through a competitive salary but also via a commission scheme based on the sales you help to secure. If you have a background / knowledge in the Construction or water sector this would be helpful but not essential as full training is given.
