Job Description: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will embark on an exciting journey of learning and development within the recruitment industry. Working closely with our experienced team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent, building strong relationships with candidates and clients, and contributing to the overall success of the business. Key Responsibilities: * Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for various roles. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement. * Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract candidates. * Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates.
