Brief Job and Company Description We are currently looking for a Nursery Manager candidate to work at a brand new family run, 40 place bilingual ( English Mandarin) nursery in Wimbledon. This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous Deputy Manager or Nursery management experience to join an excellent with an excellent pay structure. The nursery directors have unique ideas for thsi brand new setting and are looking for a Manager who will share their vision but also bring ideas from their unique knowledge and experiences to the setting. Key Responsibilities * Building the team together with Directors, and leading the team to deliver our unique curriculum * Managing and maintaining a safe learning environment for children * Build positive relationships with the team, children and families * Communicate effectively to families on children rsquo;s development (both verbal and written) * Ensure all staff understand safeguarding and health and safety policies relevant to their role and implement procedures effectively Managing staff rota, holidays, and attendance For this position you MUST have the following middot; At least 1 years rsquo; experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager middot; A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare What you get in return middot; A very competitive basic salary middot; 30 days rsquo; holidays plus Bank Holidays middot; Company pension Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From GBP38,000 - GBP48,000.00 per year
