Account executive

We are delighted to be supporting our client in Westbury who are seeking an account manager to join their internal sales team on a permanent basis. This is a varied and challenging role supporting the development of sales across all product ranges. As an account manager your Key Responsibilities are as follows: bull; Deal with incoming calls from suppliers and customers bull; Provide accurate estimates of costs/quotes and timelines for projects. bull; Liaise with production teams to ensure project feasibility, align pricing and ensure deadlines are met. bull; Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production teams to optimise workflows. bull; Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and address concerns promptly. bull; Guarantee client satisfaction through exemplary service delivery and meeting expectations. bull; Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and project details. bull; Desk based market and competitor research. Skills Required: bull; Previous experience in a similar role as an Internal Sales / Estimator within the Print Packaging Industry is essential, along with knowledge of litho and screen printing . bull; Excellent numeracy, literacy, administration and organisation skills, along with the ability to work well with a small team and under varying workloads and time pressures. bull; Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). bull; A self starter capable of acting and working under their own initiative. bull; An eye for detail and the ability to produce high quality and accurate work. bull; A flexible approach to work activities and the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities. This is a great role for someone with excellent communication skills to join a fantastic team. Working hours are Monday to Friday with a salary of GBP25k per annum
