Dutch speaking client sales co ordinator

We are seeking a dedicated fluent Dutch Speaking Client Sales Coordinator to join our client #39;s dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries from both prospective and existing clients, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience. This role will involve liaising with all company departments and third-party suppliers. Duties of the role will include: bull; Answering inbound telephone calls and managing incoming sales email requests. bull; Distributing enquiries to the appropriate internal or external departments in line with company processes. bull; Addressing and resolving client queries and complaints professionally and promptly. bull; Providing administrative support, including preparing client quotations, proforma invoices, and RFPs. bull; Ensuring full payments are received before dispatching items. bull; Keeping the company CRM updated with conversations, quotations, client notes, and other relevant information. bull; Managing incoming Web Chat inquiries. Special Requirements: bull; Proficient in Dutch . Proven experience in a client services environment. bull; Excellent oral and written communication skills in English/Dutch. bull; Computer literate. bull; Ability to multitask in a start-up environment. bull; Team-oriented with a proactive attitude. bull; Strong attention to detail and integrity. bull; Ability to remain calm and composed, even in challenging situations. bull; Cooperative and pleasant demeanour
