KS2 Teacher- Farnborough, Hampshire. Pay Rate- GBP30,000 - GBP47,839 per annum. Start Date- September 2024. Job Description As a KS2 Teacher, you #39;ll play a pivotal role in providing high-quality education to Key Stage 2 students. Your duties will include: * Crafting and delivering captivating lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of young learners, while aligning with the UK curriculum standards. * Cultivating a positive and encouraging learning environment where students are motivated to engage and excel. * Employing effective behaviour management techniques to foster a culture of respect and inclusivity within the classroom. * Collaborating closely with colleagues to exchange best practices and contribute to the school #39;s ongoing enhancement. * Establishing strong partnerships with parents and guardians to bolster students #39; academic and personal progress. * Alongside fellow staff members, ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people. * TLR (Teaching and Learning Responsibility) opportunities may be available for candidates with relevant experience. Qualifications Requirements * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent accreditation. * Previous experience working with Key Stage 2 students is preferred. * Sound understanding of the UK curriculum and assessment methodologies. * Possession of a clean DBS (Criminal Record Check). * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
