Retrofit lead

A unique opportunity has arisen to join an established Property Services Consultancy in Bristol to lead on the creation and development of their Retrofit division. The position as Retrofit Lead would involve the development and management of the retrofit division, and offers an exciting opportunity to build the department from the ground up, where you can put your stamp on the company. Responsibilities would further include: Management of the retrofit projects, which would include developing the processes and procedures; planning and budgeting; resource allocation To carry out business development for the retrofit services, including tender submissions Line management of the retrofit team, and lead on the recruitment of additional retrofit staff To oversee the retrofit contractors, and work with fellow partners to ensure the success of the division Preparation of the relevant feasibility studies and site assessments to investigate the energy efficiency of the housing stock The ideal person would hold the following: Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator qualification (PAS 2035) Experience in leading and developing a retrofit team Domestic Energy Assessor qualification Knowledge of retrofitting principles and energy efficiency technologies Experience working in the Social Housing Sector or Public Sector at a senior level For more information or a confidential chat, please do get in touch with Olivia Eden at RGB Recruitment
