Job Title: Site Manager Location: Hinkley, Leicestershire Salary: GBP250 per day, depending on experience Sector: Modular/Panelised (MMC) Are you a site manager with experience with the supply and installation of offsite construction systems? Are you seeking a 5-6 month contract role with a growing business?You will be managing and overseeing the project. As part of the core site team, you can expect to work closely with subcontract labour to ensure that the project is delivered safely on time and budget. We are seeking candidates with direct experience working within the Civils/MMC sector as a Site Manager. You will be joining a firm with a healthy pipeline of projects across the country. Responsibilities: Working on an Education project in Bath Ensure all site staff are adhering to health and safety procedures Be actively involved in pre-start, progress and handover meetingsWe would welcome conversations with candidates who: Hold CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid tickets Have a strong working knowledge of full turnkey MMC projects Posses strong planning skills and the ability to #39;look ahead #39; on-site programmes and anticipate challenges Can bring good experience in managing sub-contractors and site-based labour Are comfortable representing the firm in site-based progress meetingsIf you are interested in this vacancy please click #39;Apply #39; to submit your CV for consideration.
