THE 3rd LINE IT SUPPORT ENGINEER JOB: This job is for a very capable engineer seeking a lot of responsibility and seniority: Project management of new clients with pre-project planning and work-briefings Integrating and solving problems in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Server, Exchange, SQL, IIS, VPNs, firewalls, backups and more. KEY SKILLS EXPERIENCE: Extensive significant IT support experience A good communicator, particularly when dealing with non-technical customers Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and deployment Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure Strong knowledge of server operating systems Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac troubleshooting and configuration Ideally, knowledge of networking and firewalls Must be London based. We highly value previous experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment.
