Mobile Facilities Electrician- Central Belt - Salary up to GBP38,000 Plus great benefits! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance covering the Scotland region on a mobile basis mainly Central Belt, occasional travel to Inverness and Aberdeen. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return the company is offering a competitive salary up to GBP38,000 with a potential route into further career progression. Key duties Responsibilities Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot cold) Carry out all aspects of M E/Fabric maintenance Maintain and update Log books To ensure that planned preventative maintenance and associated work is implemented efficiently to specified requirements and provide assistance with improving these requirements on a continuous basis. To communicate all necessary information regarding breakdown problems, alteration to planned preventative maintenance and technical information requiredHours of Work Package Information Basic Salary of up to GBP38,000 Call out Monday ndash; Friday 08:00am ndash; 17:00pm 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Company Van Fuel Card Full company uniform Overtime available (time and half weekdays and Saturday, double time on Sundays) Training and development Gym flex/discount Eye Care = GBP25 towards Eye test and GBP100 towards glasses Requirements Electrically or mechanically qualified - City Guilds Level 2 (Essential) Electrically or mechanically qualified ndash; City and Guilds level 3 (Desirable) Must be able to pass a DBS check or have a current DBS (Essential) Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Client Facing
