Requirements: * Ambitious and career driven * Proven track record in a Building Regulations / Control compliance role. * Excellent knowledge of Building Regulations and Building Safety Act * Degree in Construction or related field. * MCABE/MRICS/MCIOB. * Excellent communication skills. * Experience in working on projects such as healthcare, education, retail/ commercial.
