Working as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) for Flourish Education you will be expected but not limited to deliver engaging lessons to match the school rsquo;s teaching and learning strategies, work alongside support staff to ensure that the needs of all pupils are met, provide feedback to pupils in line with the school rsquo;s policy, communicate effectively with staff, pupils and parents and set clear expectations for behaviour and learning in the classroom. We can offer you a variety of work, in various schools, teaching across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), giving you a wide range of valuable teaching experience. We can even help find you a school to support your ECT. To apply for this Early Career Teacher (ECT) role you will need the following: Currently completing a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) qualification. Confidence in teaching primary lessons to all abilities. A passion for education and a desire to create better outcomes for all of your students Be adaptable and reliable, reacting with confidence to new challenges. A DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months. A minimum of 2 references are required Our Promise To You!
