Supply chain coordinator lubricant

You always comply with logistic regulations and taxation correctly. #x3010;Duties, Responsibilities #x3011; * Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests * Keen on customer demand and forecast * Arrange shipping documents (such as invoices, purchase orders and export docs etc.) * Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and clients * Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed * correct discrepancies between physical and system stock * If necessary, source the necessary product to the customer * Answer customer inquiries in the first place * Proactively communicate with colleagues and managers to ensure a good working environment * Other Misc. responsibilities may be added from time to time #x3010;Essential knowledge, skills, qualifications #x3011; * Experience as a Marine Supply Chain Coordinator or similar role * Knowledge of SAP - logistics software, or transport management systems * Basic knowledge of Incoterms eg, FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) * Eligible for working in the UK with no expiry date * Excellent written and oral communication skills in English * Expert understanding of incoterms and import/export procedures and handling with custom agents and goods/shipments clearance * Customer order management and ability to negotiate with suppliers to meet customer delivery deadlines #x3010;Preferred knowledge, skills, qualifications #x3011; * Bachelor #39;s degree in Supply chain, Logistics, or a related field. * SAP Global certification or a related certification * Ideally if they have experience in chemical/lubricants industry then this will be preferred. * Expert knowledge in handling Imports in the UK and exports to Europe after Brexit * Excellent organizational and time-management skills * IT literacy (Business level) * Able to prioritise and work under pressure * Basic level of knowledge in forecasting and re-order management to manage inventory
