3rd Line Data Engineering Specialist **Active SC clearance required** 100% on-site - 5 days a week (Southampton site) INSIDE IR35 GBP420 per day This role is dedicated to providing technical support and managed services to customers using Data Services technologies round the clock, 365 days a year. Document and communicate progress of incidents and requests. Collaborate with units for issue resolution. Develop technical knowledge within the team. Participate in on-call support and serve as SME for designated clients. Required Skills/Experience: 5+ years in systems integrator support. In-depth knowledge of EMS products and IT systems. Experience in service lifecycle management. Strong technical expertise in Data Services technologies. Proficiency in service improvement and communication skills. Qualifications: Degree preferred. Vendor professional level certification required. ITIL v4 Foundation level preferred. BPSS, SC, and NPPV clearance mandatory
