(Temporary) We are recruiting for a customer focussed and experienced Administrator for an outstanding organisation based in Chesterfield to join their team as a Repairs Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident communicating via telephone and email in a professional manner, have strong IT and systems skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy Duties will include: Scheduling maintenance, service and repair works with contractors and suppliers Contacting and liaising with contractors, suppliers and customers via telephone and email Logging and recording information and data accurately Using Excel, Outlook, Word and inhouse systemsOur client are looking to get the right candidate started as soon as possible so please do apply today!
