Admin and customer service assessor trainer

Job Title: Customer Service and Admin Assessor / Trainer Location: Home/Field based (Candidates must be flexible with travel around Oxford / Reading / Bucks) Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP32,000 (Depending on skills and experience) Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage, Pension, + Much More! Type: Full-time, Permanent Essential Criteria for all candidates: Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA. Have experience of Assessing the Business Administrator Apprenticeship at Level 3 as a minimum. Hold solid occupational competency within Customer Service and Administration. Excellent IT skills and confident with online remote delivery. Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle. Must be flexible with travel.Duties include: Assess and support learners working towards New Apprenticeship Standards in Customer Service L2 and Business Administrator L3. Deliver training and support to learners undertaking Functional Skills - Maths, English and ICT to level 2. Conduct online and face to face observations learners to gather evidence towards their qualifications. Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted. Organise and maintain documentation on learners #39; progress. Support, advise and motivate learners. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner rsquo;s needs. Meet Assessor KPI rsquo;s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.Personal Skills: Must be an excellent communicator who is learner and quality focussed.
