Your role will include: Managing a warm and friendly home, that provides a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to achieve positive outcomes that are authentic to them. Achieving compliance with the Children #39;s Homes Regulations and ensuring your home is always able to evidence a high standard of care and quality. Undertaking a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management so you have all the knowledge and skills you need to help your team achieve success.Leading a team of colleagues and facilitating their professional development so that they not only provide high-quality care and support, but are enabled to fulfil their own career potential too. We #39;re in this together.What we #39;re looking for from you: Your experience: You have a minimum of 2 years #39; experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of good or above. Your competence: You hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children #39;s and Young People #39;s Workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People #39;s Services.
