Protocol Education Agency is seeking dedicated and passionate Primary Supply Teachers to join our team on a flexible daily supply basis. As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will have the exciting opportunity to work across a variety of primary schools in Harlow and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs of primary students across various age groups and subjects. Maintain Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive learning environment by effectively managing classroom behavior and encouraging student participation. Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments, school cultures, and curriculum requirements. Build Relationships: Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to support the overall academic and social development of students. Follow School Policies: Adhere to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health safety regulations, to ensure the well-being of all students. Collaborate with Colleagues: Work collaboratively with school staff and fellow teachers to share best practices, resources, and support continuous professional development. Provide Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to students to facilitate their learning and development, and communicate with school staff about student progress when required. Requirements: Bachelor #39;s degree in Education or relevant field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience working as a Primary Teacher in a school setting. Strong classroom management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
