The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources operations within the organisation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Main Responsibilities Draft job descriptions (JDs) that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of each position. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers (across 4 regions) to assess candidates. Manage and improve Performance Review system currently implemented. Oversee the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data accuracy. Generate reports and analyse HR metrics. Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills. Coordinate employee development initiatives. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary. Administer employee compensation and benefits programs. Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments to ensure competitiveness. Manage incentive programs to motivate and reward employees. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Mitigate HR-related risks by staying informed about legal developments and industry best practices.Requirements Bachelor #39;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on generalist responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, and HRIS management. Understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives. Uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Familiarity with HR analytics tools and software is advantageous. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving. Willingness to take initiative and drive HR initiatives forward. Highly collaborative approach to working across teams (located across geographies) Self-starter, able to work independently.
