This is a split-shift position from 7am to 6pm with a generous break in the middle of the day, offering some flexibility to suit your lifestyle. The role is 40 hours per week with the option of overtime. Requirements: Previous experience as a caretaker, site supervisor, or facilities manager is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and efficiently, with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
