This role is 2 days a week working on a Tuesday and Wednesday supporting a small group of students in a local sports centre with their work across the curriculum Roles and Responsibilities: Classroom Management: Oversee the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment. Lesson Facilitation: Deliver prepared lessons and instructions, maintaining continuity in the educational process. Student Engagement: Interact with students, providing guidance and support as needed during the learning session. Supportive Collaboration: Work closely with teaching staff to ensure a seamless transition in the absence of regular educators.Requirements: Adaptability: Ability to adapt to various subject matters and classroom dynamics. Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to engage with students and collaborate with fellow staff.
