We are currently looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join our client #39;s dynamic team in their Weston-super-Mare office. As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a pivotal role by collaborating with our Financial Planners to manage client relationships, work as a team, administer client files and liaise with product providers. Build meaningful relationships with our clients. Create and maintain client records on our back-office system: Intelliflo Office. Interact with product providers and internal teams to implement Financial Planning advice. Work in partnership with our Financial Planners to deliver exceptional client service. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices. Follow processes and contribute to quality enhancement initiatives. What will you bring to the role? Proven experience as an administrator in the financial services sector. A focus on detail and communicating with both clients and providers. Strong knowledge of financial planning software and regulatory requirements. An understanding of how to communicate as part of a team, put your viewpoint across and listen to others.
