The Role: As a Behaviour Mentor you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEMH and EBD needs. Your responsibilities will include: Providing one-on-one and group support to students, helping them manage their behaviour and emotions. Implementing behaviour management strategies and interventions. Building positive relationships with students, creating a safe and supportive environment. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualised support plans.
