Children have Special Education Needs including ADHD, SEMH, EBD, Dyslexia and others and TA #39;s are available for classroom support. You will harness a supportive and engaging environment for all students with support from classroom TA #39;s. The Class sizes are small, with an average of 12-14 students per class. The school delivers highest level of education to students from KS2 through to KS4, supporting young people who are unable to access mainstream education. Ideal Candidate: Social Emotional Mental Health experience Experience of teaching with emotional regulation and with positive behaviour/de-escalation strategies Positive role model to support communication, with a sensitive, nurturing, and consistent approach Experience with SEMH, Trauma, Sensory processing, social communication teaching background Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with vulnerable students Experience of working with challenging behaviour Requirements: The passion to teach and inspire young people during a crucial stage of their personal and academic development.
