Humanities Teacher Role: Within the context of the school #39;s curriculum and schemes of work, plan and teach lessons to the classes they are assigned to teach To maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the teaching of mainly Humanities as a subject Assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress and achievements of assigned pupils Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of the school rsquo;s policies, practices and procedures in such a way as to support the school rsquo;s values, ethos and vision Setting and marking of regular homework The successful candidate will: Be a qualified Humanities Teacher with UK Qualified Teacher Status. Demonstrate that you are deeply invested in the advancement of pupils rsquo; learning and success. Maintain accurate and complete records of students #39; progress and development and use this information to adjust teaching strategies. Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. A fully checkable work history.
