Behaviour Support Assistant Location: Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Leeds, LS11 Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: GBP85 - GBP100 Per day Job Duties: Provide support to children with challenging behaviour Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies Work closely with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment Supervise pupils during break times and in the classroom Document and report any behavioural incidents Required Qualifications: A valid DBS check Education: Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths Experience: Prior experience working with children or young people Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of behaviour management techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Strong organisational skills Preferred Qualifications: Qualification in Teaching Assistant or Childcare Working Conditions: Fast-paced and dynamic educational environment May require some flexibility in working hours Opportunity for professional development and training All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
