Quantity Surveyor London GBP85,000 - GBP100,000 About the company: My client is an established GBP40m+ specialist fit-out contractor based in London who is looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their ranks. The business portfolio of works blows me away having worked on some of the most sophisticated and luxury spaces in central London and the UK. From high-end bars, restaurants, casinos, nightclubs, Fitness, Hotels, Offices theatres, there #39;s nothing this company hasn rsquo;t done. My client treasures a family spirit ndash; they work hard and have fun along the way. About the role: As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for commercially managing projects over GBP10m. You will be based at their London offices in South London and will be expected to attend sites in London. Your working day will be 8:00 am ndash; 5:30 pm Your day-to-day duties will include: Managing the commercial elements of the project delivery Ensure that the project costs are tracked and managed. Oversee subcontractor orders, payments, variations final accounts. Payment applications to the client #39;s PQ, ensuring payments and retentions are made fairly. Work closely with the wider management team Produce monthly project CVRs Report to the Commercial Director Rewards And Benefits: My client is offering a Salary of GBP85,000 - GBP100,000 depending on experience. Alongside this, you will be given a travel allowance which will include a travel card to cover travel across London. Annual Leave is 31 days including bank holidays. Accommodation will be paid if you are required to stay 1 hour away from home. Your travel expenses will be reimbursed and if you use your vehicle for business travel, fuel costs will be reimbursed. My client does allow for working from home once in a while when required. Requirements: * 5-10 years of Quantity Surveying Experience ideally in the fit-out and refurbishment industry. * Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent (desirable) * Willingness to travel if required. * Good organisational skills * Good communication Skills
