Sales Progressor - GBP30,000 Walton on Thames, Surrey This extremely well established and successful estate agency are looking for an organised, motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Property Sales Progressor to join their busy team in Walton on Thames. Sales Progressor duties: Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion Liaising with agents, mortgage brokers and solicitors, local council Corresponding with Vendors and purchasers via telephone and email Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchase Updating and maintaining running sales files Showing persistence when required to ensure exchange deadline is metTo be a Sales Progressor, you need: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload Strong relationship-building skills and driven, proactive and confident nature Full in-depth knowledge of conveyancing process Experience within a similar role in estate agency and knowledge of the UK property market Thrives in a fast-paced, sales environment Ability to work under pressure and to deadlinesFull-time Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm Unfortunately due to the volume of applications we receive, if Copperfield Recruitment Ltd has not contacted you within five days of your application then please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
