Company Benefits- GBP24K DOE, 28 Days Holiday Entitlement, Pension, Company Events, Free Parking, Flexi Time, Development Training Production Operator - Responsibilities include: * To complete works orders to manufacture, test and pack products against standard procedures and quality standards * To learn additional products and procedures over time to improve flexibility to meet customers changing demand * To follow all health and safety procedures * To follow all procedures of the company presented in the Employee Handbook. * To identify new ways of working which increase the speed of production without compromising quality Production Operator - Knowledge, Skills and Experience Desired: * Prior experience in a similar role * Experience of wiring, crimping, soldering and testing. * Building products from start to finish Schedule- Monday-Friday 37.5 Hours If you do not meet all of the requirements for this position, still apply.
