Location: Manchester Type: Full-Time or Part-Time We are looking for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our team at Hervia. The role requires you to be flexible within the realms of Merchandising, however we are specifically looking for an individual with copyrighting experience who can quickly and efficiently list product data onto the website. This role involves coordinating and listing product data, liaising with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records to contribute to an efficient and organised merchandising team. Key Responsibilities: Product Data Management Assist in updating and maintaining accurate product information, including descriptions, pricing, and imagery, in the e-commerce system. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to gather necessary product details. Supplier Coordination: assist in communicating with luxury suppliers to obtain product availability, pricing, and other relevant information. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to facilitate seamless collaboration. Inventory Tracking: monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely updates in the system. Assist with identifying overstock or under-stock situations and coordinating stock adjustments. Order Management Support: Data Entry and Documentation: enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and systems to maintain up-to-date records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as the E-Commerce and Creative teams, to ensure accurate and consistent product presentation. Assist in conducting quality checks to ensure product information, images, and descriptions meet luxury standards.
