Role Overview: As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all aspects of the manufacturing processes. You will oversee the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management Systems in line with ISO standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) to maintain compliance with ISO standards. * Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess adherence to quality processes and identify areas for improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. * Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to foster a culture of quality excellence. * Provide training on quality processes, standards, and best practices. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO standards (ISO 9001), and quality assurance principles. * NEBOSH certification or equivalent in health and safety management would be advantageous. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
