Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, NVQ Level 6 or equivalent, Full UK Driving Licence Skills: Traditional build, House Building, Site Management A growing and established Housing Developer based in Sheffield is seeking a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager for a new project consisting of traditional houses. The company is expanding its team due to several new and exciting projects starting up in the South Yorkshire region. Job Duties: Oversee the day-to-day operations on the construction site Ensure that health and safety regulations are strictly followed Manage subcontractors and coordinate work schedules Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget Communicate effectively with project stakeholders Required Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, NVQ Level 6 or equivalent Full UK Driving Licence Experience: Prior permanent experience in site management with a housing developer.
