Serve food from our Dining Room caf eacute; with a smile. Handle transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and equipment usage. Monitor and manage stock levels, including ensuring the availability of essential supplies and PPE. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Adhere to food safety standards and conduct regular checks in accordance with regulations. Additional Responsibilities: Assist with event coordination and support menu planning.
