Senior Project Manager - Business Change I am currently recruiting for an exciting client of mine, looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong background in Business / Ops Change. Contract - Dublin City Centre based. Hybrid Working Role. Strong Market Rate Available. Experience middot; 5+ Years / Experience in delivering min 2 large projects preferably within Financial Services - Business/ Ops Change middot; Banking experience in preferred / Ops Experience is a nice to have Skills/ Capabilities middot; Strong Project Management Frameworks is a must - (experience in delivering rather than qualified to deliver) middot; Project Governance - Design and implementation middot; Excellent Communication Skills middot; Analytical mindset with ability to understand the bigger picture middot; Workshop facilitation middot; Process analysis/ optimisation middot; Issue and Risk Management and effective escalation middot; Conflict resolution / managing difficult situations where project is not going well Applicants must be eligible to work full-time in the Republic of Ireland without restriction Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business
