Project Coordinator Working for a key delivery partner to Southern Water, supporting multiple projects, and ensuring the process is correctly followed. Location:- Worthing Salary:- GBP40,000 basic Hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week from home. Role: The Resolute Group are working in partnership with a National client who #39;s Project team needs support in delivering projects for Southern Water. Working with various stakeholders both internally and externally coordinating the project process, and documentation to ensure the correct governance is taking place. Managing a team of administrators, this position is a mixture of people management and stakeholder engagement. Updating the client with any issues regarding delays in the documentation process, chasing stakeholders when delays happen and keeping a report of the ongoing projects. There are various stages a project undergoes, and each step needs to be completed and documented correctly to ensure the process is followed correctly. Understanding the process, the stakeholders involved and building strong relationships will be key. Clear communication, providing excellent customer service to the stakeholders and being proactive in resolving potential delays or issues. You don #39;t need sector-specific experience, this role is all about transferable skills and being able to demonstrate a strong customer-focused skill set. Speaking to various stakeholders, being able to resolve problems, excellent IT skills to be able to manage and manage the project systems The role is based in Worthing, West Sussex, 3 days a week with 2 days a week from home so you need to be living in the local region.
