Oversee maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance and risk management, while effectively managing budget and stakeholder relationships. Engage, motivate, and lead your team and contractors to achieve deadlines and maintain the estates to the highest standards, incorporating strategic improvements and innovative solutions. The Person: Chartered Building Surveyor (RICS) Knowledgeable in leading projects and maintenance works, focusing on statutory compliance, risk management, cost control, and contract management. A team player with strong leadership skills for managing small team of Supervisors and Surveyors Experienced with CAFM systems, adept at leveraging technology for enhanced property management.
